Off-list or listed?
Listed lowers are on page 2 of the flowchart.
Off-list doesn't exist that I know of... or if one does, it would be incomplete.
New lower come and go constantly... that's one of the reasons that "off-list" works. If it were easy to maintain "the list", DOJ would have done so before the window closed to add new lowers to the list.- Rich
