How does the Search function Work? Plz Help

Hey guys,

I'm relatively new here at Calguns. I'm a member of Car forums, that operate the same way as this forum.

However, I'm Never able to use the Search...

I click on advanced search and type in a 'certain keyword' like Sig, or AR, or 92fs, or P226... etc (you get the picture) and select the Marketplace, Private Sales, or Commercial Sales.. It never works.

I've even selected Centerfire Rifles, keyword 'AR'. And that does NOT work either. Is there a restriction on how to do SEARCH on this forum?

does not work on 2 or 3 character searches. you need to use the custom google search at the top of the screen/menu

I never used the search before and I tried to search some stuff and it keeps saying "can't find your search" is that what your getting to?

That explains why my search wouldn't work, but thanks for the tip as well. haha.
