    Another new guy!

New to the forums, but not to guns.Im a former US Marine, 86-90. I was stationed at Camp Pendleton, 3rd Batt. 9th Marines, 1st Mar. Div. Yup, I was a 0311 Grunt, Groundpounder AKA Bullet stopper, lol! I now reside in Tustin, CA Orange Co. I hold a current C&R FFL03. Have a few Garands, a M-1 Carbine, and a slew of BA rifles(Mosins, K-98) and SKS rifles, total of 16 rifles, 2 shotguns and 2 pistols. I have been wanting to, for forever, to get a AR style rifle, but living in CA, as you al know, makes it kinda tough. Stumbled across your site here, full of good info, so I'm gonna be reading up on what I need to do to get a legal AR CA rifle.

    Thanks for having me

Welcome, and thank you for your service. Plenty of us here have served, and we have quite a few active on the board.

        Welcome aboard Devil Dog.
California AR's are easy as pie now thanks to these fine folks and their hard work in the early days of the OLL movement.
