How does a private party use gunbroker.com

I am not an FFL, and live in California. I have 15 firearms (handguns and long guns) that I'd like to sell on gunbroker. If you have sold guns as a non-FFL, on gunbroker, could you please clarify the following?

    1. How do you safely take payment? I'm not a merchant so credit cards are not an option.

    2. How do you ship (at a reasonable cost)? Those carriers I've looked at don't ship firearms unless you are an FFL.

Would like response ONLY from those who actually have done this, not those who think they know. Thanks much.

I have sold ammunition on GB and just a few months back bought a rifle there. I’d look on the website for a FAQ. There might even be a YouTube out there

USPS money order or cashiers check, make sure it deposits fully before shipping.

Contact your local FFL before hand and see if they are willing to ship the guns for you to the buyers dealer or the buyers 03 license(if it qualifies). Whatever the FFL will charge you for shipping you put as the shipping fee.

Gunbroker will add fees onto the final price so the buyer will need to add them to the final amount. The buyer should reqch out to you after the sale to verify payment amount, address and any other concerns.
