user ID and passwords

Not sure if this correct place to ask questions, But maybe someone can point me to right direction to go. Anyway what wanted to know. If i have two user ID's that use the same Email address, Does that mess-up the other user ID. In which prevents you from logging in to the other ID. Hmm Kind of confusing Thanks any info will help

Thats a Good question, It was my first ID i used, for so reason it would'nt work proper. So i created a new one - I would like use my first one, but again it doesn't work for some reason. Anyway This one works ok. Iam guessing that each ID is tie-in to one email address only. That any creation of any new ID with that same ID would'nt be allowed. Again iam guess at this stuff.
