One of the principals at Artemis-- the lawyer Steven Lieberman-- is doing "office hours" every Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., free to anyone who cares to join, either direct via Zoom, or via registration at the Artemis Web site. The first session is tomorrow, Tuesday, 3/31/2020.

Office Hours with Steven - EVERY Tuesday 16:00-17:00 (4pm-5pm, PST)

This one hour program is intended for new members of the 2A community, but everyone is welcome. In the first half hour, Steven will share specific aspects of the law as it pertains to you: the new gun owner. Your mic opens up during the second half for you to ask any legal question(s) pertaining to your firearms and the 2A community

• Open to the Public
• Completely free of charge
• Join Zoom Meeting or register through Artemis (click on the underlined words to link)

They are also offering a free video library of gun owner basics for new or would-be gun owners, such as how to buy a gun, what is the roster, how to behave on a live-fire range, and so forth.

Hello. Nice to meet you.

Grew up in CA, left, came back, left, came back. Repeated this a lot. Currently back. Despite (or maybe because of) 10 years in the military, have rarely owned my own guns. My last move was from Germany to CA, and I really should have thought ahead a bit, and returned to my house in Texas and settled my gun buying cravings there. Here I am, though. Joining the forum to navigate the restrictions and paperwork of an offroster gun purchase safely. For instance, I've learned I don't own ANY guns, since they're sitting in an out of state gun safe. Which is... fine. Anyway, hello. Nice to meet you.
