I registered here awhile ago and have been lurking for quite awhile now. I joined because I felt this was a solid source of information for all the 2A issues going on here and throughout the country.
Like my father, I've been trying to get involved in IPSC and IDPA shooting. I was shocked at how many things in the shooting world are off limits to CA, am intrigued at the efforts going on here in this forum.
I've been shooting since I was 4, although I'm no expert marksman by any means. I just bought my first pistol, a BS40, and I hope to have in my possession soon! I love 1911's, v8's, apple pie, football, bourbon and rock & roll.
