Hi, I'm new.

I don't want to keep all of the email alerts pointing to responses to my threads. How can I later find my threads once they get buried deeply in the system? I have looked in "User CP" but don't see anything there, unless I need to look closer.

If it's for threads you started, you can use your profile (click your name in the top right of the window) and click Statistics, then click Find all Threads started by Slater1. Same with posts.

Hopefully someone will be along shortly with an easier way.

most people will post "tagged" in a thread of interest, so they can search later using above mentioned search.

To expand on this. You can copy the link and add a bookmark in whatever browser you're on.

Other users, just replace the bolded portion with your member number. e.g. Mine would be 94894.

Search / advance / fill in my user name and click submit.

I find both of those the easiest.

For a few, I just drag the URL into my bookmarks bar.

Subscribe to the thread under Thread Tools. Then just click on User CP any time you want to catch up on any of your subscribed threads. Delete them once they get stale to keep your subscribed thread list more manageable.
