This is often an issue when you don't populate the field called "comment area."

Try leaving a brief comment there and see if that helps.

Have recently joined and interacted with some great gunners. After my first PPT I got a feedback notice from the other party, positive too! I would like to give feedback on others I have conversed with, but I’ll be darned if I can figure out how to do it. Have checked every button I can find and have come up empty. Guidance would be appreciated.

Try this: Go to the sellers Ad first, then, "copy" the URL from the ad, click on the Feedback score in the upper right corner of the ad, click "submit feedback"
You'll need to paste the URL from his ad in the "deal thread URL" box.
Fill in the other boxes.

Do not use HTTPS in the url. Take out the S and only use HTTP
