Website technical question - email if posts in my thread

Is there anyway to set my account up so that I will get an e-mail if someone posts on my thread or sends me a PM?

Yes, click on your User CP tab and you will find the options to get email notifications upon receipt of PM's. Also, you can subscribe to a thread and elect to receive email notifications upon a reply to that thread.
