Site very slow

Did the site get moved to a different host?
Curious, because it's been extremely slow lately. Some pages take several refreshes, just for them to load at all.

My samsung tablet seems to go glitchy after a while of perusing the forums though.

I've noticed that lately its been slow for me as well, some days better than others though. I'm using a cable provider for web access so maybe a lot of my neighbors are watching movies or online too when I'm trying to access CalGuns?

I have 18Mbps internet access, and I clock Calguns at 0.03mpbs return rate from their server. That's... not good. Have checked my speed at other servers and sites, it's definitely host specific.

This was a problem about a year ago. Which was why I asked if the host was changed again?
