vBulletin has a mod that can put all new threads created by a new member with under (x number of post count) all under review by the mod team before it gets published if it contained a link. If this forum installs such a mod we can help deter these spammers from signing up a new account and posting a bunch of links. after a while they will get discouraged and hopefully stop.
