    Notification of locking a post

    To All you Super Moderators:
Wen you decide to lock a post, especially in the Marketplace sections, you should send a private message to the poster to inform them of the reason for your action. Without doing that the Poster can repeat the same offence over and over again because they don't know what they had done.
I got locked one time and even after repeated requests to different moderators I never received an answer. What's up with that?
This year will go down in history.... Don't want to offend anybody

There is a sticky in the marketplace addressing this issue. It is titled, "My thread was deleted or locked".

I do not see any locked marketplace threads in your history.

As much as I would like to be part-robot, moderators are just people too. Sometimes they cannot respond to messages right away. Not sure who you messaged, but if you require assistance send me a PM and I will look into it.
You think you know, but you have no idea.

Sometimes???? i never got any response from any moderator. and i was blocked from marketplace when i responded to insults of a jerk. No chance was given....
The moderators should be renamed to "Super Gods". One can pray to them, but their actions are never explained, you only can guess.
Only my thought of a little bug like myself....

and 12,240,241 posts on this forum.

When time permits a PM is sent however the Mods are ALL volunteers who have families, jobs, hobbies and lives of their own.

And just for the sake of fun, in the two minutes it's taken me to type this, another 3 threads and 26 posts have been made.
Monitoring that leaves little time for a volunteer to send PMs.
