"Quick reply" quit showing up

This issue I'm having started about a week ago.
The quick reply box no longer shows up. I'm stuck having to quote someone or hit the "post reply" button which is pretty inconvenient.
I'm on an iPhone 4S using safari. I've been browsing this same way for the past 3 months. Other vbulletin websites I am on still load the quick reply box just fine.

Did something change when you guys started messing with the sections and splitting stuff up?

You should have a set of double arrows to the right of "Quick Reply". It's a drop box for it.

My quick reply shows up on my S3.

Look on the right hand side (out of picture you posted) of the blue quick reply bar, should be an arrow, click it.

Holy crap. I guess I'm an idiot.
The drop down arrow was there. I guess I must have hit it sometime in the past and never knew.

Fixed the issue. Sorry for the false alarm.
