I don't have a link but all Long Guns will require registration starting Jan1 2014 including C&R. I probably won't be buying any C&Rs in state (or maybe at all) after Jan 1st next year.

Would it be difficult to give each of the Venues their own Marketplace?

this is been suggested a few times in the past, and although I think now is a special occasion and it should be made into a separate area of the marketplace.

however,this is a privately owned forum and I'm sure there are some good reasons, why its not been done in the past. I just don't know what they could be.

and on the locations = ban I'm with you (though I think only a 24 hour band would suffice), I only have my smartphone and I cannot easily see where someone is located . unlike the PC version where if the persons has listed their location it shows in every post.

but I believe the reason for that is that it would take a moderator all day to find every post that location is not listed and even then people would continue to do it.

Forum management is set in their ways. The marketplace is a disaster and adding a C&R subforum is only one of the changes that need to be made.
