Search function

I don't know if this is the proper place to post this request so correct me if it should be posted elsewhere.

I'd like to see Calguns refine the search function whereby a member can log on and search for a specific make and model firearm that is for sale or trade. I have used the existing search bar many times and I don't see the ability to narrow a search without all posts being brought up along with many other unrelated posts. This will help with members wanting to cut to the chase when we don't have a lot of time to spend on the site.

Step 1 and 2.
Click the drop down arrow next to search and click "advance search."



Step 3 and 4.
Type in your search key(s).
Then select the forum you would like to search under. It will default to "all open forums" at the top of the list. You can scroll down and choose "marketplace" or only individual subforums inside marketplace. To select more than one forum at a time hold down "control" and click said forum.



Step 5.
Click "search" and enjoy.
