Well its going on 5 months and it hasnt worked for me. Can a moderator
get in touch with me to explain why no password reset email is sent ?

I get the first email, its after I click the link in it that there is no reply with a new password.

Been some time since I've reset my password on a forum, but generally, you click the link and create your new password yourself. Is the link not taking you to a page where you can do that?
