"New Posts" Page Should Sort By Forum

I would like to see the 'New Post' page sorted by Forum then by Date/Time.

That would allow a quicker view of our preferred forums.

My preference is a config option to always display it that way, or at least the standard feature to click on the column header to manually sort it.

Just click on your preferred forums, then it's sorted like you want.
