Missing Thread

I created a poll in the 2A forum and it seems to have been deleted.

It was a poll basically asking whether firearms owners are more concerened with encounters with bad guys or LEOs.

It was inspired by the thread "Perfect tool to record LEO encounters?" also in the 2A forum and by a response from another member therein.

OK, so what, it's gone from my posting history too. I'm just wondering if the moderators are going to let me know why so I can make any necessary adjustments to my posting behaviour and they need not be bothered with such actions.

I don't know why this would be deleted. Sounds like a valid post to me. But the mods would notify you if it wasn't. Probably with a ban notification. (ask me how I know...) Maybe you didn't hit the right button?

IMO, I think he would get an answer. I Keep a loaded 1911 and 12 Ga. in my home for the bad guys, Just in case... But I often wonder what a LEO would do if I was pulled over while LOC'ing in the sticks, Where discharge is allowed. Would the officer know and adhere to the law? Which I am breaking NONE, or would he enforce his feelings to me carring a loaded firearm instead? Tossing my Kimber to the ground and cuffing me illegally. Knowing I would have to tough it out in court. I think this could be a good post if not misunderstood.

10-4...I understand the political aspect. But it is a shame that free speech is limited on private sites. It should be universal according to the US constitution... Don't you think?

You might want to go back and reread the Constitution, it specifies that the Government can not restrict your speech. Privately owned property or venues are NOT subject to the 1st Amendment.

Unless you want the Constitution to be amended to include private property and venues.
In which case you're property rights are null and void and anyone can come in to your living room and start spewing whatever they want and you will have no choice but to allow them to do so.

Free speech would be universal right?
