Kestryll- I am familiar with te chat program you are using and it has an option to reverse the chat so new messages print at the BOTTOM instead of the top. It would be much easier if the Chatbox was modified.

I had to do it on another site and all it was is checking box. Can you please do this and it would be so much easier to view.

Krystal- Is the 4th line down in the Chatbox cPanel. Just need to click "yes" to "Reverse message order (newest at bottom)" and it will work so much better as all of us read from top to bottom, not bottom to top.

PLEASE do this one easy change and the chatbot will run so much smoother, promise.
