I'm sure there are a number of software engineers here. Maybe a group of volunteers could put together an open-source trader plugin that can read the old iTrader records to keep it going. You could offer lifetime contributor status to those who put in the work.

Just copied my iTrader rating to my sig. Maybe everyone should do this just in case!

If Itrader resets to zero and nobody has one, it will open up the marketplace to endless number of scammers and fraud. It will in essence bury the marketplace for quite some time until people are able to rebuild their I trader rating.

**I would strongly suggest that all members who participate in the marketplace take a screenshot of their current itrader rating that you can email or text to A prospective buyer or seller. This should help resolve a lot of the fraud that will occur**

upgrades and migrations suck. i used to just setup a webserver locally and do my upgrades and mods at home based on a backup of the main site. once it was all working, then I would apply the changes and be down for a 5-6 hours max
