'Security Risk' (not a concern, right?)

I think this has been addressed before - but it's never happened to me (that I can remember), so I don't know the outcome...

I get a page that says quote below - until I click 'I accept the risk and continue' (same msg on chrome)... I obviously clicked it to get here.

Is this a current known issue?

Our SSL cert expired, I just renewed it.

This is one of dozens of things I planned to have dealt with over the last few months that got st aside due to my Father's injury and passing.
