Create a Sub Forum?

[South Delta CRPA]

Hi - I am the social media chair for the new South Delta Gun Owners Chapter of the CRPA. We are based in the Central Valley.

We'd like to open a Sub Forum in:CALIFORNIA SHOOTING CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS

I can reply to threads there, is there a way for us to create a new sub forum?

I have searched the site but am not seeing how that can be done.
