I remember reading about an update or upgrade sometime ago. I think everyone was going to lose their iTrader ratings.

Calguns could use an upgrade. Losing iTrader would suck though.

Maybe you fixed it a bit...

...but this is the only gun board i've seen that doesn't require a nominal yearly charge to use the Marketplace area function.

That said, it's also a bit weird to me to find heavy users making $$$ off the Marketplace and not kicking in even $25-30 per year to kelp Kestryll to keep the board afloat.

25-30 dollars isn't much but the greedy do not want to give a dime so what can you do? .

If a "For Sale" feature is preventing a major software update, it's definitely not improving Calguns.

That said, I do understand sellers making money and buyers getting new toys. Whether those should be free features is still open to argument.

Imo, sellers still need to get off their azzes and contribute to the forum.

It's only $29 a year to become a contributor. Pretty sure there isn't a person on here who couldn't afford that.

Right now about 700 members are logged in. About 40 of them are contributors. I think restricting the market place to contributors only may not be a good idea.
