Seems a few missed the message:

Abortion discussions are off-topic anywhere on Calguns.

Next time I delete a post on the topic, the member gets a week off to reconsider.

If gun manufacturers had balls they would stop selling stuff to California Law Enforcement.But they wont because they just love that sweet $$$

I'm not worried about that. I'm worried about distributors and gun stores deciding not to sell ARs or AKs if they are constantly getting sued.

I am gonna agree with you here, his threat kinda took me off guard a bit, I always think of Librarian as being fairly well balanced, perhaps something triggered him.
I woulda thought a friendly reminder to stay on topic or star a fresh thread would have been enough.

For my part I do recall getting sucked in and responded to a comment about the a-word, but did not mean to derail the discussion.

Well, this thread is about our 2A rights based, not abortion.

Abortion as a topic is banned on the entire website. You and I could catch a week ban (probably longer for me with my priors) just for even arguing it’s relevance in this thread. Let that sink in. WTF has this website become?

I'm now starting my 17th year on Calguns.

I have never seen a thread on abortion even stay civil, much less change any member's mind on the topic.

The choice is to stop things now, or permaban a couple people after the carnage.

It's a big internet; if you want to talk about stuff banned here, please find another venue.
