Followed the directions on deleting, but no delete button appears when selection the edit function. Was able to delete a previous post. What's up?

If it is the FIRST post in a thread, only mods can delete it.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
