So here's a thought.
How about taking the various gun-porn threads and "Sticky" them in their respective sections?
Handguns (pistols & revolvers) in "California Handguns".
Rifles in "The Rifleman's Forum".
Shotguns in "Shotgun Discussions".
C&R firearms in "Curio & Relic".
For example, we've got these threads:
California Revolver Porn
Lets see your .223 California Legal Self Loading Rifle!
Official 7.62 California legal self loading pics!
Lets see your Rimfire Gun Porn
Lets See Your M1A pics
There's a ton of various threads floating around with pictures of everyone's collections.
And I'm not saying to not start new threads if you get some custom work done on one of your firearms and want to show if off! Don't get me wrong on that.
But wouldn't it be easier to just "Sticky" a photo thread or two in each discussion area and keep it in plain sight for everyone?
What thinketh the masses?
