How do I change my Avatar

Team, been so long since I put my Avatar up I have forgotten how to change it. Also want to remove my website link from my signature line. Thanks in advance for the help.

Click, above, on your username where it says "Welcome, grantar2".

Left side column, "UserCP".

Should be obvious once that opens.
