How do I remove an ad?

First, I apologize if this is posted in the wrong section. I tried to find the information, but couldn't locate it and wasn't sure how to contact a moderator.

I want to delete an ad I placed. I was able to remove my post, but unfortunately, a member posted in the thread instead of contacting me directly so I can't remove his comment.

How do I go about removing the ad altogether? Is this something I can do?

You can't, only a mod can delete a thread.
You can delete the title of the thread though, or change it.

Or you can wait and see if a wandering Mod sees your post about deleting the post and deletes the post...
