Great, you work for free. I guess they must have wanted to take on the task when they asked for it. Free or not, that still doesnt resolve the problem. My problem that I brought forth to the mods had nothing to do with anyone else. I was attempting to make a post and I ran a ground and needed assistance, nothing more, nothing less, but when you have Garv providing nothing more than his sarcasm to help resolve the situation, its not going away.

Actually, mods don't ask for it. Asking to be made a mod is a pretty good way to make sure that you are never made a mod.

Respected and trusted members with a solid track record of supporting forum community standards are generally approached and asked by Admin if they would like to serve as moderators.
I've turned down the offer on a couple of forums after moderating two others. I just don't have the time or patience to deal with the BS from children.

The way it works is this-
Gold user name means mini-mod
Green user name means mega-mod
Dark blue user name means super-mod
Kestryll is just the one that mops up the urine after the pissing matches.

Stating to dump mods. is not a request for assistance, nothing to do with a suggestion that has no connection to reality.

WHAT is your problem - and I'll give you a hint at the answer so you know I'm being fair and please don't point fingers. Pointing fingers at other people does NOT help YOU Tell us all what we already know ... be honest, come clean and admit what your problem is to the MOD's and to us CGN members, and I'll reiterate WE already know what your problem is, so get it right ... okay go ...,

Thanx for the color code, but the higherarchy means nothing if a member has a problem and no solution is offered. Try to handle the problem on your own, wind up doing it incorrectly, the mods sure come out of the woodwork then. Management wants the rules followed, then holler back when asked.

In my experience, Mods respond faster to your question if you always include a link to a naked lady picture.
