I was inspired by the idea of the election forum that we had before the election. Since dupe posting of ban legislation is becoming pretty frequent, let's move it all to a separate forum so people can get their ban news (or lack thereof) in one place.
Part of the problem is that there are too many stickies in the 2A forum so no one bothers to look at them. If they did they would see a sticky asking them not to post about HR45. Obviously it's not working.
Another option would be for the mods to just lock them sooner so they stop floating up to the top as twenty people post "dupe".
