Flowcharts - update or temporarily remove?

There looks to be some outdated info that could theoretically harm a newbie looking for advice in 2017.

It's a fair point, though... maybe the outdated ones ought to be removed for the time being?
Settle down, folks. The new "ghost gun" regulations probably don't do what you think they do.

I didn't mean update them to clarify the new laws, I was more referring to possibly removing them temporarily due to the information that we know for a fact is no longer true. Particularly the BB = fixed magazine verbiage.

Calguns is looked to as an authority by those moving to the state and those just getting involved in the hobby.

        Oh well.

For the most part, the flowcharts are still valid.
The flow charts reference "Detachable Magazine", it's really just a minor change to reference "Fixed" and remove the "use of a tool" line.

Are these good enough to be printed?
            Anyone making the changes?

I'd like to print some up but if anything critical is incorrect or misunderstood it would render the chart obsolete.

Until the dust settles from the lawsuits and we are past the registration "window", I would not put a lot of time into them other than perhaps changing the language referencing bullet buttons and "detachable" vs "fixed" with a note that the laws are not finalized or fully understood.

The difference between now and the original charts was that the original charts were written well after the laws were passed, there had been court cases, and the law was very well understood.
Right now, things are in a kind of limbo, including the courts' interpretations.
