Hi all. Anyone hear if the Public Shooting Range next to the COSSA Range off Hwy 20 outside of Bend Oregon is still closed. Camped in Bend in September 2016 and was disappointed to arrive and find a sign stating that due to funding, the Public range is closed until further notice. Just wondered if anyone knows anything about this.
