To The Top button at bottom of pages

Can you install a "To The Top button" like you see on most modern websites so that when you scroll to the bottom of the page and you're done reading you can just click it and fly all the way to the top? These tend to float on the right side and only appear once you get past a certain point of scrolling.

Cool, didn't notice that before. But that button doesn't show up in the iPhone mode.

That is at the bottom. I am talking about the kind that float and appears once you scroll past 1 page. For the one you note, you have to make it to the bottom. Slight, but different.

Keyboard is not applicable when viewing on a mobile device.

As well it's not entirely uncommon to just being noodling around and only need a mouse or trackpad but no keyboard. It's more efficient to just use the mouse or trackpad and click the to the top floating button
