I think the certificate needs to be a wildcard certificate. I'm getting this error:

Secure Connection Failed
ww.calguns.net uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for calguns.net

(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

You'll need to first import the root CA certificate from cacert.org. Next use the following URL to surf the forums: https://calguns.net/calgunforum/

UPDATE:

We've got a real certificate on order. Until then we had to change to a self-signed cert, this will cause errors with most browsers.

Hang tight, endgame is all of CGN to be SSL!
