2nd Amend. Litigation Updates & Legal Discussion posts

Mod's it seems Confusion persists because of the fine print and the forum title:
    currently it reads:
2nd Amend. Litigation Updates & Legal Discussion

my suggestion would be that If you guys instead added one word into that title it would help:
California 2nd Amend. Litigation Updates & Legal Discussion

I can tell you the first time one of my posts regarding a 6th circuit ruling was closed it made no sense to me until later via reading the the little fine print i caught my error. (granted that was near when you started making the shift) it still doesn't visually pop out as a clear differentiation.

The current title 2nd Amend. Litigation Updates & Legal Discussion still makes many think that it is a national/ catch all forum still, when instead you guys are trying to make it a CA specific forum. i feel bad for librarian every time when he has to close twenty different threads about the same DC court ruling or some other hot ticket item. i think some of that blame can go to the title still being vague and appearing at first glance to possibly be a catch all forum for litigation especially since it is the only title that references "litigation" in bold letters specifically.

Just a suggestion but if you added the Word “California” in Bold title lettering like it is for the legislation forum just above it’d probably help catch some people with lazy eyes

one could also Argue that if you added the Word “Litigation" to the bold title of the national forum that's a catch word that hangs up some of the posts that currently go into your transitioning CA litigation forum

      This is a California-centric forum.
The sub-forum directly below the one you mention is titled "National."

It seems the two are already distinguished from each other.

That didn’t used to be the case and since the change it still happens numerous times that threads get posted incorrectly.... quite possibly regardless of the assumption and knowledge that some of us have now the title still is catchy and attracting threads. A simple change starting it with “CA litigation” instead of “litigation” might help especially since on cell phones the fine print isn’t visible. most other state specific forums still differentiate between national vs state name in the header.

As well in TAPtalk and numerous other cell phone based viewers it does not include the sub title description. Its a simple fix the title is misleading and obviously they keep having issues. add the word California into the main title and it probably clean up the misunderstandings. doesn’t help that there are old nation threads still going in there to boot. i get the objective but the main titles need to reflect since I’m suspecting not everyone uses a desktop and thats contributing heavily to the continued repeat posts

Just say-n if they are going to keep complaining etc they might look at the title and root cause of the re-occuring problem
