I was logged out of CG on my phone, can't get back in, trying to reset password and the email to reset it isn't coming. If the same happens on my computer I guess I'll be done against my will Bummer.

Something funky is going on with me too. It says I'm not signed in even though I am. Then when I go to a thread it shows I am logged in.

I'm also getting the yellow not logged in page every other attempt to change threads.

CalGuns remains badly screwed up. I only go there to look around and view threads. Never to actually do something.

The login 'cookie' or whatever it is keeps expiring. It only lasts a few minutes, where it should be active for months if the 'stay logged in' checkbox is set when logging in.

Yeah, it's been especially troublesome today. Reverting to the old "log in page" and even backing out as norm, isn't working as in the past. Dump and restart may work for a bit. Patience, I guess.

How many years does "patience" mean? There's so few posters compared to years past. Most members are long gone because their patience tolerance was far exceeded.

I don’t even go to most subforums anymore. The announcements, and outages, and Off Topic are it.

I haven't "given up". True, not much happens here since there are still issues. AND there are other options. Many already know of one. Another CA specific forum began last year hosted by the same folks that host S&WForum, RugerForum and a bunch of others. Still not a lot of traffic since it's new and they don't blast posts on "competing" site to poach membership. I have no affiliation other than being a member. It's "California Hunting, Fishing & Shooting Forum".
