Good news!

Kes has reached out and I have some debug logs for MariaDB on vBulletin.

I’m more than happy to help Kes get this site in order and it appears the DB may be our bottleneck.

I’m going to ask for additional information and I intend on doing some analysis of the DB. Hopefully, slow query capture is running and we can start to analyze where the performance issues are originating.

I’ve started a discord server to discuss. However it is private and this will be by invite only. While I would prefer for the forum to be hosted here, the instability issues prevent collaboration between members.

I'm not dismissive, I'm glad he's gave you the keys. I'm here for the betterment of the space.

There's a certain group here I don't like as much as they don't like me, but as a whole the goal is larger than that group. In fact their antics and condescending and down right disrespectful behavior was a little motivation. I'm respectful to respectful people.. I visit the site typically when people do the verification.. I've mentioned this before and happens regularly. Then I'll take a look around. Generally speaking, I hope you can carry the torch. I'm not interested in factions. Once you get the site up to speed it'll be better for the overall community. I tend to think people are just pissed because the site is the way it is.

Seriously though, the **** things people say about me without knowing me, how am I not going to be defensive with some people. I'm human, too many people forget the other person on the other side of the screen is real. Sometimes it gets to me, but these days I brush it off because I'm seeing the results of the work put in. I'm not planning to stay in this field long term. I like to help people and move on. There's a lot of things you need to fix. If you reconsider, I'm open to bouncing ideas if you're stuck on something

I hope you talk it over with Kes before you would ask any help from racoon. I have no first hand knowledge of this, but I can assume that Kes never reached out to him for a reason.

1-Do not trust him-EVER. He is a liar and a shyster and uses this site to send out private DM to members here asking them to come to his site. He would do anything to have this site go away, and if he can get his paws on the information/knowledge that this site has, he will copy it faster than you can say furry tale stuck up his a ss.

I asked Kes if he needed help, Kes reached out and I’ve provided SQL queries to run and logs to gather.

Where this goes is really up to Kes, the logs, and potentially a group of engineers working together.
