How to post new thread

Need help in posting new thread under WTB. Checked online for instructions. Unable to find the icon on the left side for new posting. Thanks in advance.

You mean the "New Topic" button doesn't appear?

I did see the new topic but I am not sure if that it is the correct icon for posting WTB or for sale. It looked different. Before, when I post something, it will ask more information to be filled up such as will ship, price etc.
Do we use New topic for posting?

That's the one. It will open the dialog to begin the new "topic" in whatever forum you're in at that time. Below is the new topic dialog in the WTB. Note the breadcrumb showing it's in the WTB forum.

Make sure you read the marketplace rules before posting.
