Can't create a new topic in the Marketplace

I keep getting an error message saying, "forbidden" when I try to create a new post in the Marketplace. Please help with this issue.

Still not working for me. Who did you contact?

At the very bottom right side of the webpage it says "contact us." Click on that link and it emails to a Forum Administrator.

I'm having the same issue in the Marketplace right now, can't post a new thread. Tried it multiple ways (pics, no pics...). Says: Error while saving content: %1$s and also says: Error information " 403 error Forbidden"

Try hitting the Preview button first.
If that comes up Cancel.
Try Post again.

Worked for PM I was trying to send.
