What is going on with the time?

I have my personal settings to Eastern Standard Time. But, when I posted at 8:14 (EST) it showed the time of my posting as 9:17 AM.

It is consistent though, when I posted this at 8:18 (EST) it showed that I had posted at 9:21 AM.

edit. Well lookie dat. It's off by an hour. Looks like the server has the wrong time zone.
