More Message Center Weirdness? - Response only in Profile

I sent a message center message and received no reply, even though they had actually responded. The only way I could see the response was to look at the profile of the other user.

Anyone else seeing this?

Well, some further digging and it seems as though the original message went as a "Visitor Message" instead of a normal PM. Just tried again and the response was very difficult to find on the website but was forwarded normally to my e-mail.
