Turn off all guest access, 4000 guests and 100 members. I think all the guests are robots scrapping. They don’t care if the site is slow or not and will not stop if slow, meanwhile, instead of 1000 users, 10x drop in traffic, and the site is dead. All the users notice and all humans leave, leaving only the robots left. Once the advertisers figure out there are 3 humans left, they stop all money. Choose wisely.
