    OPTIMIZE & TROUBLESHOOTING CALGUNS.NET

    GOOGLE “web page speed test”

There are many free analysis pages that test speed but also make optimization suggestions.

are you running Apache or Ngnx? You might want to experiment with Ngnx on a home server and optimize cache settings. You might be surprised.

overall there appear to be some fixable problems. Cache settings can be played with. Flood protection reduced. Increase time to remain logged in.

    OPTIMIZE PHP
    OPTIMIZE MYSQL
Googlcboth as well and PLAY with the settings .

Also check logs for Ddos Attacks… your fast one minute and 503 error the next. Your stats say 6k users online right now with max users of 65k a few weeks ago. How long between requests? It is almost as if your well established site was under attack by a competitor… check the logs and notify authorities if signs of attacks are there.

the links above are like handing a caveman tools. The difference is that these tools actually tell the caveman what is right and wrong and how to fix it. So yeah, if the caveman can read he can fix it.
