I beg to differ. I’ve been trying to set up an account over there for a few months now, but I am not getting their “confirmation email”. I have clicked the “resend” tab numerous times with no result. I have also used their contact email to try to get help. Zero response. I just gave up at this point.

I doubt that the regular moderators have any better luck getting and staying on site than the rest of us. I don't think at this point they have access to the internals to the software to do much of anything. I think at one point Mr Kestryll mentioned that even he had limited access to certain areas which is problematic.
