ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

But a plugin is completely free to load other things the same way it is loaded. Indeed I have written a plugin (but not for this application) that
loads a different plugin. In this way, it is pretty likely one could write a modern plugin for this application that loads old plugin(s) to do things
that are otherwise impossible due to version incompatibility.
What about the 19th? Can the Commerce Clause be used to make it illegal for voting women to buy shoes from another state?

Tapatalk sucks. Nobody cares. It was useful (maybe) when data limits and cost were a concern, now it's just pointless. Plus it leaves a lot of things out that you're missing.

          * Ability to see a list of threads with new posts since last visit
          * Automatic jump to first unread when opening a thread

I use all kinds of forums - each is a little different. It just seems so odd people are unwilling to learn and adapt. I can't find workarounds for these, though, so you asked for a list. I think these are popular requests because they are standard Xenforo features.

              More womenz here!

But seriously, I agree with these comments from above being the top three but if they can't be resolved we should understand that's all part of the move.

1.) Ability to see a list of threads with new posts since last visit.
Yes, I do know about the current "new topics" button but I think we might all prefer it to give you the results exactly the way it used to.

2.) Automatic jump to first unread when opening a thread.

3.) Getting a notification from the message center but then it's just a little bit slow to load the message center page and get the message.

*And this might just be my problem alone because I'm normally using my Android smartphone but most of my old Calguns bookmarks go to an invalid URL page message and that's also true when I tried to search the titles for those pages on Google. Some Google searches give you a good link and some give you that same message. ...

"Invalid Page URL. If this is an error and the page should exist, please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message."

              Thank you.

There is a chevron symbol to the left of the thread title that will take you to the first unread post of a thread.

In "new topics" there seems to be weird/inconsistent overlap of several posts from one page to another...like these were just at the bottom of P3, now, I have to see them again at the top of P4.?

but unfortunately that only appears after you drill into a subforum. With the old Version of VB, you could see unread posts in a given thread, if it was the newest thread in a su forum and you clicked on the link from the main page. Now however, when you click on a latest post link from the main page, it will always take you to the very last post, even if there are 100 unread posts before it.
