Seems I wrote about problems just yesterday. Indeed the response time per page is now in the 10 minute range.
Lots of errors...

The first and most ugly is "fontawesom", which is not resolving and hanging the page draw for 100 seconds. Never mind that
none of these css pieces are compressed!

Syntax errors in the HTML? How does that happen in production? JQuery errors?

I have noticed some delays but not to the level you mention. I did, however, get booted out with a 520 error a little while ago and could not get back in immediately. I should have captured more of the error but instead, I closed the window and moved on to other things.

Lots of 520 errors here too. But not worth discussing, as that is the web server doing the right thing by delivering an error message.
The other crap is the site throwing basic HTML construction errors, which should be impossible.

I posit there is a CPU or memory resource constraint in one of the VMs running at Cloudflare. Virtually all of the JRE-based tools
used to stream HTML are terrible when the end of memory happens. Those js errors are a reflection of memory errors, or perhaps
a thread creation error -- but one that is not caught.

In a world where I had nothing else to do and time to do some investigation, I would like to run one of these HTML-streaming
suites in a dynamically created cgroup2 context with a proper OOMK config. This would provide error diagnosis outside the
website domain, but inside the user space -- all without having to rewrite tons of code that is ignoring memory faults.
