cannot see user post

Hi, I noticed a strange behavior of the forum starting 5/14. I was unable to see any post by user "el chivo." I could see his name when he starts a thread or replies to the thread. But when I click on that thread, his posts don't show up.

For example, I replied to his thread by clicking on the front page of the forum instead of actually going into the covid19 subforum. I could not see this thread in the subforum. I had to find this thread by going into my post history.

I looked up his user data to see if I can see any of his posts. The result came back as zero. I could not see anything he posted.

I am fairly certain he's not blocked. I don't block anyone. I know he's not banned because he can still post.

It's not a big deal, but I thought this is strange and I might not be the only one.

My best guess is that he got put in time out. Not banned, but also not published. He has been disappeared for the time being?

That behavior is the same as people you have on ignore. If you could see your ignore list you would know for sure, but I don't think there's a way to do that.

You can see and edit your Ignore List.

Click on your name in the upper right corner
Select User Settings
Select the Account Tab and scroll down to your Ignore List.

I checked my ignore list and it's blank. I added "el chivo" to it, hit save. Then I removed "el chivo" from my list by hitting the "x" button next to his name on my ignore list. Still no dice. ?

I also cannot see his posts. It seems he has been sent to a special place, call it a vacation...

I've noticed I don't see "el chivos" post either but I can see that he has posted on a thread. Go to his profile and it shows "no activity" yet under his avatar there is a "latest post date/time".

I saw the same behavior. I even drilled down the members list, found his profile and saw the same results.

I have no clue who el chivo is and I don't think I've ever been on a thread with him. I do find the issue interesting and wonder how may more "Calguns Ghosts" are out there.

I did notice that our Profile Security has settings that can restrict comments, etc. to "Subscribers" (I think the most restrictive?). Perhaps it's a setting on el chivo's side?
