    Can you make a "How To" Sticky for .........

    Can you make a "How To" Sticky for how to upload pics, video, gif etc ... plus - I used to be able to upload pics right from my desktop to CalGuns without use of Imgur ... that stopped working a longgggg time ago.

    Just make a general 'how to' page ... oh and where's the "New Posts" button ... can you put it back?
