Can't view iTrader page

[Minsky moment]

A buyer left me good feedback and I need to reciprocate, but everytime I try to see the transaction details, I get kicked back to the sign-in page - when I am already signed in.

How on Earth am I supposed to close out this transaction with positive feedback for my buyer?

I thought i-Trader was being done away with in the most recent updates? We were told month ago to copy our i-Trader feedback and to post it on the feedback forum page.

We have not had the update yet. It is expected to be preceded by a couple days where the site is completely inaccessible.
